For garment factories
Attendance and payroll for a factory floor, shift by shift.
Shifts and monthly rosters, a shared kiosk for staff without smartphones, overtime that is requested and approved, and Cambodian salary tax and NSSF in payroll.

What's included
Built for large teams on shifts.
A kiosk at the entrance
Staff without a smartphone clock in and out on a shared tablet with their employee ID and a PIN. The kiosk needs no login, and HR can replace its link to cut a device off.
Fingerprint machine exports
Import the CSV a fingerprint machine exports. You map the columns, see every problem by line in a preview, then import. Duplicate scans are skipped, never overwritten.
Shifts and monthly rosters
Give each person a shift, or let department heads submit the month's roster for HR to approve. Staff can ask to swap a day.
Overtime that is approved
Overtime is requested and approved, and only approved overtime is paid: at 150%, or 200% on rest days and public holidays, capped by the hours actually clocked.
Salary tax and NSSF
Payroll works out Cambodian salary tax and the employee and employer NSSF contributions in riel, and keeps the figures on every payslip.
A large staff list in one go
Import employees from a CSV file with every row checked before saving. Departments and reporting lines build the org chart.
Attendance
See who is in, who is off and who is late.
Clock-ins, shifts, rosters and leave land on one month grid, with the exceptions that need a decision counted at the top.
- Forgotten clock-outs get a reminder while the day can still be fixed.
- Export attendance and punches to CSV for any month.
- Staff set to office mode clock in only inside the office radius.

Payroll
Overtime and leave flow into the run.
Approved overtime and unpaid leave are already counted when payroll starts, and the review step flags what moved since last month.
- Joiners and leavers are prorated mid-month.
- PDF payslips for every employee, with riel tax and NSSF lines.
- Ploy HR calculates; it does not file TOS or NSSF returns.

Questions
Good to know.
Do all workers need a smartphone?
No. A shared tablet or phone at the entrance runs the kiosk, and staff clock in and out with their employee ID and the PIN HR gave them. Staff with a phone can clock in from its browser.
Can it read our fingerprint machine?
It imports the CSV file a fingerprint machine exports. Ploy HR does not connect to the machine directly. HR picks which column is which, checks the preview, and imports.
How is overtime paid?
Overtime is requested and approved. Approved overtime is paid at 150%, or 200% on rest days and public holidays, and never for more hours than were clocked.
Does Ploy HR file NSSF returns?
No. It calculates the NSSF contributions and keeps them on each payslip. It does not prepare or submit returns to the NSSF or the GDT.
