Terms of service

The agreement between you and TalentBridge International Inc. governing use of Ploy HR.

Effective August 19, 2026

Draft pending legal review. This document is a working draft prepared for review and is not yet a binding agreement. It must be reviewed and approved by qualified counsel, and the bracketed placeholders completed, before Ploy HR accepts live users.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of Ploy HR (the “Platform”), operated by TalentBridge International Inc.. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Who uses the Platform

The Platform serves three account types, each with different rights and obligations:

  • Candidates — individuals who build a profile, complete assessments, take courses, and may be presented to employers.
  • Corporate partners — organisations that search anonymised talent, purchase credits to unlock candidate contact details, and manage their own staff records.
  • Training centers — organisations that publish courses, manage enrolments, and issue certificates.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit false, misleading, or plagiarised profile, assessment, or course information;
  • scrape, resell, or redistribute candidate data obtained through the Platform;
  • use unlocked candidate contact details for anything other than legitimate recruitment;
  • discriminate unlawfully in hiring, or use the Platform in breach of applicable labour law;
  • attempt to circumvent access controls, credit accounting, or certificate verification.

5. Talent marketplace and credits

Candidate profiles are presented to corporate partners in anonymised form. Contact details are disclosed only when a partner spends credits to unlock a profile. Credits are a prepaid access mechanism, are not legal tender, carry no cash value, and are non-transferable between accounts. An unlock grants access to the information as it exists at that time; it is not a guarantee of a candidate’s availability, accuracy, suitability, or willingness to be contacted.

6. Courses, certificates, and scores

Courses are created and delivered by training centers, which are responsible for their own content, pricing, and enrolment decisions. Certificates record that a named learner completed a specific course and can be checked through the Platform’s public verification page.

Talent scores and level bands are automated, probabilistic assessments produced from the information supplied to the Platform. They are decision support only. They are not a professional certification, a background check, a guarantee of competence, and must not be used as the sole basis for a hiring, promotion, or termination decision.

7. Fees, payment, and refunds

Paid features — including credit packs, subscriptions, and course fees — are charged at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details. Except where required by law, or as expressly stated at the point of sale, purchases are non-refundable. Unused credits expire in line with the terms shown at purchase.

[LEGAL: confirm the refund, cancellation, and credit-expiry terms actually offered, and align them with the consumer-protection law of each market served.]

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including CVs, portfolios, and course materials. You grant TalentBridge International Inc. a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Platform and to make it available to the account types described in these Terms.

9. Employment relationships

TalentBridge International Inc. is not an employer, employment agency, or party to any engagement formed between a candidate and an organisation. We do not guarantee placement, salary, visa outcomes, or continued employment. Verification of a candidate’s right to work and compliance with immigration and labour law remains the employer’s responsibility.

10. Availability and disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

[LEGAL: liability caps and exclusions must be drafted and confirmed by counsel for the State of Delaware, United States and for every other market served. Unenforceable or overreaching caps can invalidate the clause entirely, so no placeholder wording is proposed here.]

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Platform ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will do so. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
